The Hall

Hunter Court is a third-party halls of residence for the University of Birmingham, located on Pershore Road next to the Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Despite being managed by Liberty Living, the hall is exclusively occupied by students from Birmingham University. Most of them are first year students, although there are a few second and third years.
The hall has very recently been refurbished so is very modern. There are around 330 residents so it has a fantastic community atmosphere, and despite not being on the Vale, residents do not miss out on a single aspect of uni life.
There are shops opposite the hall on the other side of the road (and an Aldi around the corner), and there are good transport links into City as well as the university. A shuttle bus runs in the morning and late afternoon from the hall to the university for 60p (takes less than 10 minutes), or you can get a bus along Bristol Road for about £1.70. The walk is around 25 minutes, so not bad at all (slightly longer if you're going over to the Medical School.)
